Returns Policy

Your Crossbones® game comes with a 101 day warranty (from date of purchase) covering manufacturing defects and any breakages caused by delivery.

Please remember your Crossbones® game set is made of wood. Through normal play Crossbones® will receive some scratches, dents, bumps and other minor wear. Such characteristics should be seen as a badge of honour (the bones of the best players proudly carry the scars of past glories!!!) and will not affect game play. If you do want your bones looking their best for an upcoming major Crossbones® competition, feel free to give them a quick rub with sandpaper and/or a touch up with paint.

This policy does not cover damage from misuse, excessive force or general wear and tear.

If you wish to make a claim during the warranty period, please email admin@crossbonesgame.com.au so we can assist you as soon as possible and replace any parts as applicable.
